Where do The Red Boats harbour cruises depart from?
All cruises depart from Z Pier, 31 Westhaven Drive, Westhaven Marina, Auckland. Please check your confirmation and arrive 10–15 minutes before departure.
Is parking available at Westhaven Marina?
Yes. Pay-by-plate parking is available at Z Pier. Current parking is approximately $4 per hour or $32 for the day. Please park between the white lines and follow the signs. Additional public parking is available about 700 metres away near NZ Marine and is free on weekends and public holidays. Parking fees and conditions may change, so please check the signs when you arrive.
Can I sit inside if the weather changes?
Yes. Our vessels have comfortable indoor seating as well as outdoor viewing areas, so you can enjoy the harbour in a range of weather conditions.
Can I buy drinks onboard?
Yes. Our fully licensed onboard bar offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Food and drink inclusions vary by cruise. BYO alcohol is not permitted.
Are the cruises suitable for children?
Many of our harbour cruises are family-friendly and suitable for children. Please check the individual cruise page for current child pricing, inclusions and any experience-specific conditions.
Should I book in advance?
Yes. Advance booking is strongly recommended, particularly for weekends, public holidays, summer departures and lunch or dinner cruises.
